As part of its Storm Water Management Program (SWMP), the City of Lakewood has established this web page to keep the citizens and other interested parties informed of the steps being taken to meet the requirements of the Ohio Environmental Protection Agency (OEPA) general permit for small municipal separate storm sewer systems (MS4) to discharge storm water into Lake Erie and the Rocky River.
