STREET AND FACILITY CONSTRUCTION UPDATE
All street improvements are funded by Capital Improvement Funds and/or Community Development Block Grant Funds (CDBG) for qualifying streets. All Watermain Replacements are funded by the Water Fund. All Sewer Repairs are funded by the Sewer Fund. Property Owners will not be assessed.

Deep Grind & Overlay #1 Athens Ave.(Waterbury to Bunts) Clifton Place(Detroit to South Terminus) Elbur Ave.(Lakewood Hts. to Madison) Riverside Drive (Detroit to Maile)	Scope: The work to be accomplished includes planing of the existing asphalt concrete pavement, full depth pavement repairs as needed, resurfacing with asphalt concrete, installation of ADA curb ramps, and installation of new crosswalks. Curbs and driveway aprons will not be replaced as part of this project. Contractor: The Shelly Company	Project Complete
