RESOLUTION NO. 8851-16 – A RESOLUTION declaring it necessary to construct and provide improvements to protect the northerly property line of the Meridian Condominium to provide, construct and install a revetment on the northerly property line by Lake Erie, at the Meridian Condominium located at 12550 Lake Avenue.  (Referred Feb. 1, 2016)
