Prop. Res. 8863-16       Lease agreement with The Cleveland Clinic Foundation for lease of  1450 Bell Ave, Suite 300 also known as the Community Health Center (Referred 3/21/16)

Conversation about the sale of real or personal property by competitive bid if disclosure of the information would result in a competitive advantage to the person whose personal, private interest is adverse to the general public interest.  A motion to enter executive session for discussion of this item will likely be made.
