The Committee of the Whole will meet Monday November 2, 2020 at 6:30 PM.

Under the orders of the Governor and Director of Health of Ohio, and pursuant to Ordinance 06-2020, adopted March 16, 2020, the Committee will meet remotely until further notice. The meeting may be viewed by the public via livestream on the City’s YouTube Channel at the following link:

  •       Written comments may be submitted in advance of the meeting or during the meeting using the eComment platform.

  • The public is invited to participate in the remote online meeting by making a request to speak via the eComment platform. Requests to speak must be submitted by 3:00 p.m. the day of the meeting. Communication from Lakewood Community Relations Advisory Commission regarding appointments to the Anti-Racism Task Force in response to a communication referred by Council on September 8, 2020. (Referred to COW 10/19/20) 

SUBSTITUTE RESOLUTION 2020-53 – A RESOLUTION to take effect immediately provided it receives the affirmative vote of at least two thirds of the members of Council, or otherwise to take effect and be in force after the earliest period allowed by law, appointing __  Angelina Steiner______, _William Yeung____ _,  _____(third appointee)_____, ____(fourth appointee)_____, and ___(fifth appointee)______to the Anti-Racism Task Force. (Referred to COW 9/8/20)

RESOLUTION 2020-66 – A RESOLUTION to take effect immediately provided it receives the affirmative vote of at least two thirds of the members of Council, or otherwise to take effect and be in force after the earliest period allowed by law, appointing __________________ to the Planning Commission for the five year term beginning January 1, 2021 and ending December 31, 2025. (Referred to COW 10/19/20)

SUBSTITUTE RESOLUTION 2020-68 – A RESOLUTION to take effect immediately provided it receives the affirmative vote of at least two thirds of the members of Council, or otherwise to take effect and be in force after the earliest period allowed by law, appointing _____ Colleen Zettler_____  and ___second appointee)__________to the Community Reinvestment Area Housing Council for three year terms beginning January 1, 2021 and ending December 31, 2023. RESOLUTION 2020-61 – A RESOLUTION to take effect immediately provided it receives the affirmative vote of at least two thirds of the members of Council, or otherwise to take effect and be in force after the earliest period allowed by law, appointing three members and one non-voting Council representative to the Americans with Disabilities (ADA) Transition Plan Task Force.
