Applicants Frank and Cindy Eschweiler propose the demolition of the existing 480 sq. ft. garage and the construction of an 1,104 sq. ft. garage. Maximum rear lot area coverage by accessory structures is 25% of rear yard or 480sq.ft., whichever is greater.
