Applicants Frank and Cindy Eschweiler propose the demolition of the existing 480 sq. ft. garage and the construction of an 1,104 sq. ft. garage. Maximum rear lot area coverage by accessory structures is 25% of rear yard or 480sq.ft., whichever is greater. The property’s rear yard area has been reduced by the construction of two decks and an above ground pool, 25% of the rear yard is 360 sq. ft. so the maximum allowable size for a new garage is 480 sq. ft.
