The City of Lakewood’s Board of Zoning Appeals meeting scheduled for Thursday, March 15, 2018 has been cancelled. In
response to the below e-mail, all of the applicants have requested a deferral until the next meeting scheduled for Thursday,
April 19, 2018.

“This email is to inform you that on the meeting of March 15th, 2018 there will only be 3 voting members of the Board of Zoning Appeals in attendance.

To have your variance request approved, all three members in attendance must vote in favor of the request.

If you wish to defer your case until the meeting of Thursday, April 19th when we expect to have 5 members in attendance, it is your prerogative.”
