• ORDINANCE 32-17 Medical Marijuana Regulations – Amend various sections and enacting new chapters in order  to regulate medical marijuana cultivators, processors, dispensaries and testing laboratories.  (Read & Referred 9/5/17)

• Winterhurst Ice Rink (Communication from Mayor Summers) (Referred 9/5/17)

• Pending litigation update (Executive Session expected to be called;  convening in Council Conference room may be required)
