Lakewood seniors or disabled residents living in their own homes may be eligible for the Lakewood Department of Human Services/ Division of Aging Snow Removal Program. The Lakewood Department of Human Services/ Division of Aging offers a variety of Support Groups for all ages, at 16024 Madison Avenue. Stroke Club, Low Vision, New Beginnings Bereavement Group, GrAY Pride and Grandparents and Relatives As Second Parents meet regularly at the Kathleen & Robert Lawther Center (West). Nursing Services, Personal Care, Housekeeping & Respite Services are some of the Home Health Services available for eligible Lakewood seniors, Monday through Friday.
