Description
The former car dealership located at 15725 Detroit Avenue currently rests
on one of the most underutilized parcels in the City of Lakewood. North
Coast Capital Partners LLC plans to construct a new, three story, 20,000
sq. feet mixed use structure with an elevator. The development will include
approximately 5800 square feet of retail space on the ground floor and
11 townhouses on the second and third floors. As part of the redevelopment
plan, the developer plans to provide 33 new parking spots. Overall, the
proposed development provides yet another style of housing to Lakewood's
diverse stock in an appropriate, neo-urban manner. |
