The city of Lakewood is dedicated to maintaining and preserving its vibrant housing stock — whether owner-occupied or investment properties.
The best way to keep current with changing trends and requirements is to attend our free Landlord Training Seminar, offered regularly. Seminars will take place on the second Wednesday of February (next one slated for Feb. 8, 2017) and on the second Tuesday in September.
They take place at 7 p.m. each time in the auditorium of Lakewood City Hall.
