Lakewood's Storm Water Management Program

To satisfy the Ohio EPA permit requirements, the City of Lakewood prepared and submitted to the Ohio EPA a Storm Water Management Program (SWMP) in 2003. This program was updated in 2004 and again in 2007. The (SWMP) consists of a set of Best Management Practices (BMPs) to address the six minimum control measures established by the EPA Permit.
