These specifications are intended to supplement the Ohio Department of Transportation (ODOT) Construction and Material Specifications (CMS). The current version of the ODOT CMS shall be used unless specified otherwise in the Plans. All items preceded with LS refer to the City of Lakewood Supplemental Specifications. All other items refer to ODOT CMS.
