Customer Service Survey

The City of Lakewood recently launched its MyLakewood Survey. We want to make sure you are getting the customer service you expect and we want to improve upon anything we need to improve upon. This survey was created to engage the community with city hall and serve a mechanism to get feedback about the customer service you have received from the City.
