Transportation is designed to move Lakewood residents 60 years of age or older to and from services, activities and resources via motorized vehicles provided by qualified trained drivers.
Hours of operation:
Monday thru Friday - 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
Transportation Services:
- Transportation to medical appointments
- Wheelchair lift van to assist handicapped persons
- Transportation to Senior Centers and public benefits
- Transportation to special events
- Transportation to Giant Eagle grocery store - assistance available to Lakewood residents who need transportation.
Suggested donation for Transportation Service is:
- Transportation - $3.00 per ride
- Medical Appointments - $3.00 to $6.00 per trip (depending on distance)
- Grocery Shopping - $3.00 per ride. Application process required.
